Patio Antik Concrete Slabs 50 mm - Leier

Short description

Patio Antik concrete slabs, 50 mm, with a tumbled antiqued surface. In anthracite and brown, for terraces and garden paths.

Full description

Patio Antik is a slab rather than a paver: larger format, fewer joints, laid flat for terraces and garden paths where nothing heavier than a wheelbarrow will cross.

The surface is tumbled after pressing, so the edges are worn and the finished terrace reads as weathered from the first day. Two colours, anthracite and brown, both coloured through the body.

At 50 mm it sits between a paving slab and a paver — thick enough for pedestrian use and garden furniture, not intended for vehicles.

Key benefits

• Tumbled, antiqued surface with worn edges
• Larger slab format, fewer joints than a paver
• Vibro-pressed concrete, frost and de-icing salt resistant
• Colour runs through the body

Recommendation

Not for vehicle traffic — at 50 mm this is a pedestrian slab. Lay on a compacted sub-base with a 3–5 cm bedding layer of grit, or on adjustable pedestals for a raised terrace. Mix slabs from several pallets while laying. Order about 5% over the measured area, for cuts at edges and for spares.
