Short description
Fine concrete coping plate, 460 x 280 x 60 mm, in seven colours. Closes the top of a fence, a plinth or a free-standing wall. 2.17 pieces per linear metre.
Full description
The covering plate is what keeps water out of a block fence. The cores of the wall are filled but the top course is still an open horizontal surface, and an unprotected one takes in rain, freezes, and pushes the top blocks apart over a few winters.
Modus is made of fine-grained concrete, with a slight fall and a drip edge, so water runs off the face of the wall rather than down it. Seven colours cover both the Arhitektur and the Modern ranges.
Because these plates are not ground to size, thickness varies within the tolerance of the standard. Sorting them before laying, and running them in order, gives a straighter line along the top of the wall.

Recommendation
Sort the plates by thickness before laying and mark them — they are not ground to size, and laying them in ascending order keeps the top line straight instead of stepping up and down. Bed them on mortar with a slight fall away from the face you care about, and point the joints; an open joint at the top of a fence puts water exactly where the coping was meant to keep it out. Do not overhang the plate more than the drip edge allows.
