The special pieces for a Bavaria Duo roof. Because the tile imitates a double scale course, the verge comes in two widths: a single version and a double version, in left and right. Which you need depends on where the scale pattern falls at the gable — the setting out decides it, not preference.

All verge pieces run 3.1 to the linear metre. The ventilation tile replaces a field tile, one per ten square metres.

Recommendation

Set out the roof before ordering the verge: on a double-scale tile the gable can land on either half of the pattern, and that decides whether you need the single or the double piece on that side. Getting it wrong means a verge that does not line up with the courses, which is visible from the ground.
